Job Summary: As a sales associate you will be the face of our company. You will highlight our brand and image while contributing to building a reputation that values its customers and their opinions. You will be directly responsible for assisting customers and helping them recognize the need for our products and services. Must be capable of learning about what we sell and articulating our purpose in an educational, insightful, and professional manner.

• Provide customer service: proactively engage with customers, ask questions, listen to needs, inform about events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card, and build inclusive relationships.
• Maintain store appearance.
• Sales: cross‑sell products, suggest latest trends, upsell, provide product knowledge, and handle point‑of‑sale transactions (cash, discount, gift cards, credit and debit cards, and cash handling).
• Inventory: manage merchandise, complete inventory processes, check in/out, and participate in periodic inventories.
• Dependability: adhere to assigned schedule, complete work assignments, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic product knowledge of merchandise.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to multitask, remain attentive to customers, and exhibit flexibility, teamwork, and initiative.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. It may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and lifting 25–50 lbs. Work is typically performed indoors but may be assigned outdoors depending upon location.
