Operations Associate - Ala Moana

Summary

The Operations Associate supports store sales and customer service by accurately processing inventory and stock transactions, ensuring timely replenishment and maintaining an organized stockroom. This role helps reconcile inventory discrepancies, processes incoming and outgoing shipments, and communicates stock issues to management to support store performance.

• Process all inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner to support sales productivity
• Replenish merchandise and ensure sales floor presentation meets company standards
• Complete weekly cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and submit adjustments
• Receive, verify, and process incoming and outgoing shipments via store systems and carriers
• Monitor consignment and negative reports and follow up on unresolved issues
• Report and follow up on IT and equipment service tickets with corporate/IT
• Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible stockroom and follow opening/closing procedures
• Assist in training and developing new staff on policies and procedures

• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand and walk up to eight hours, regularly lift up to 70 lbs, and climb stairs/ladders as needed
• 3+ years in a high-volume stock or operations role for a fashion retailer (preferred)
• Experience with inventory systems, cycle counts, shipment processing, and reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic retail technology
