What You'll Do- Create and send customer documents (letters, , etc.)
- Review and update customer information for accuracy
- Handle incoming mail and voicemail (log, scan, route)
- Support customer service as needed
- Help with internal communications and coordination
- Assist with reports, data, and basic research
- Support team operations like access requests and invoices
- Customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Call center or ticketing system experience
- Work with a well-known healthcare company in Hawai'i
- Stable schedule and team-oriented environment
- On-site role with free parking
Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
