Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling. Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

$17.90 - $18.60 hourly. For sales employees, commissions vary by merchandise: apparel, shoes and accessories sales range from 3% to 14.5%; beauty and men’s fragrance sales roles receive 3% commission.
