• Engage and build relationships with customers in a setting inspired by Hawaii’s vibrant fashion and unique culture.
• Drive earnings by achieving sales goals through styling and curating content on digital platforms (inclusive of text and social media).
• Work as part of a supportive team that keeps the department customer‑ready: fill orders, stock, re‑merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Occasionally perform work or duties in a department other than the one you were hired into, when required.

• Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Hourly pay range: $16.25 – $16.25 (based on location, experience and job‑related knowledge). Commission varies by merchandise type: apparel, shoes and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%; beauty and men’s fragrance sales receive 3%. This position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives or bonuses.
