• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and performance targets
• Provide expert product and brand advice across all categories
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools
• Deliver tailored, high-quality service and memorable in-store experiences
• Collaborate with the team to drive commercial performance

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment
• Strong sales orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and master product and brand knowledge
• Proficiency with clienteling systems or willingness to learn
• Availability to work part-time hours at the resort location and flexibility to meet business needs
