Summary

The Selling Supervisor in Waikiki will lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences while meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role combines hands‑on selling, coaching, and operational oversight to support the Store Manager and drive overall store performance.

• Lead by example on the sales floor, assist customers, and drive personalized service to achieve sales goals.
• Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
• Maintain in-depth product and trend knowledge to educate customers and staff.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies, action plans, and maintain visual and operational standards.

• Proven retail supervisory or team‑lead experience with a track record of achieving sales results.
• Strong communication, coaching, and people‑management skills.
• Passion for fashion and product knowledge, particularly denim and premium casual wear.
