• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated results‑oriented selling skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule available for nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours up to 12 in regular weeks, increasing to 21 during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability required during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

$16.00 per hour – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
