• Drive sales and exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Embrace and promote Pandora’s brand culture as a brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Build loyal fans through authentic engagement and lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure smooth, on‑brand operations.
• Work a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs, including periods with few or no hours and increased availability during peak times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller who demonstrates a strong track record.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum age of 18; able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Reliable availability to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage.

Hawaii: $16.00 per hour – $18.25 per hour commensurate with experience.
