Team Lead - Waikiki Gump

As a Team Lead, you will act as a brand ambassador supporting the Store Manager and Team Managers to mentor and develop the sales team, build and maintain client relationships, and drive achievement of sales targets. You will champion specific product categories and ensure the highest level of client experience on the sales floor. The role also includes leading floor operations and supporting business development initiatives.

• Mentor, coach and support the store team in partnership with Store and Team Managers
• Drive sales through clienteling, business development and delivering exceptional client service
• Lead selling and floor management and champion specific product categories
• Ensure brand standards and a superior client experience on the sales floor
• Support store operations, merchandising and daily operational tasks

• Proven retail or luxury sales experience with strong clienteling skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify client needs and market trends
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others and achieve sales and operational goals
