Position SummaryDevelop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
- Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
- Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following company steel standard guidelines; and reporting unsafe situations.
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: review orders, pull items from shelves, scan items, wrap and palletize items, ensure accuracy of orders and invoices, secure items until Members arrive, and follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities and adapt to change.
- Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
