Client Advisor - Kalakaua

Summary

As a Client Advisor you deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience and act as a Brand Ambassador for Miu Miu. You are responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets while supporting omni-channel business including in-store, e-commerce and virtual appointments. The role requires strong client relationship building, product knowledge and participation in daily store operations.

• Place the customer at the center of the experience, creating a welcoming environment and following the client journey ceremony.
• Drive to exceed individual sales targets and store KPI goals, maximizing sales performance.
• Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to develop personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
• Promote and support omni-channel activities, including in-store, e-commerce and virtual client appointments.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of products, brand history and fashion trends to advise clients.
• Support daily store operations and back of house activities, maintaining an organized stock room and following stock procedures.
• Act in compliance with operational guidelines including security, cash handling, inventory and reporting; liaise with managers to resolve client complaints.

• Strong retail sales orientation and proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of luxury fashion or willingness to learn Prada/Miu Miu history, culture and product DNA.
• Experience or comfort using CRM and digital tools to support clienteling and virtual appointments.
• Ability to work retail hours, be a team player and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Attention to operational procedures including stock management, cash handling, security and inventory control.
