Assistant Store Manager; Ala Moana

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support overall store performance and KPI’s
• Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating customers on our history and being knowledgeable about the product and industry
• Create effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
• Build new and repeat business through customer clienteling

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and developing internal and external talent
• Communicate in a style that energizes and encourages teamwork
• Lead through collaboration, encouraging idea sharing and fostering accountability and trust
• Communicate new initiatives and goals efficiently and timely

• Provide the best customer experience to purchasing and non‑purchasing customers
• Set tone through example in daily store presentation and behavior
• Lead and coach on return policies while prioritizing the overall customer experience
• Respond to complaints professionally and resolution‑oriented
• Execute brand visual standards and updates

• Execute daily store operations timely and efficiently
• Schedule team members to meet business needs and budget
• Maintain store inventory with detailed organization per SOPs
• Lead opening and closing duties

• Adaptable and able to manage change
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills
• Ability to spot and recruit talent
• Motivated and results‑driven
• Coachable and receptive to feedback

• At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Physical ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs, bend, squat, twist, and reach; stand or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Flexible to nights, weekends, and holiday shifts, and available for full‑time hours
