Retail Part Time Store Associate, Fabletics; International Marketplace - Honolulu

About the Role

Fabletics is currently looking for a driven Part‑Time Store Associate for our Fabletics location at International Marketplace in Honolulu, HI.

• Embodies Fabletics culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engages customers with product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drives customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions and community projects.
• Communicates inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintains store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Participates in providing feedback to improve the business continuously.
• Strives for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency and quality standards.
• Maintains personal sales and achieves sales goals.
• Maintains all safety and security standards, and identifies and communicates potential issues.
• Unpacks inventory boxes as required (boxes can weigh 10–30lbs).

• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Knowledge or familiarity with active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition and other healthy pursuits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable social interaction with customers, employees and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, able to multi‑task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and national holidays.
• Legal age (18years or older) and willingness to work onsite.
• Physical ability to perform lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders as required.

• Hourly wage between $16.00 and $16.50 per hour, depending on experience.
