About the Role
  • Accurately record point‑of‑sale transactions at the register: processing sales, refunds, repairs, and assisting in opening and closing procedures with management.
  • Consistently provide high levels of service to clients, including a prompt and friendly greeting, offering assistance, and packaging items at the point of sale.
  • Support the Sales Team by providing cashier services and support as required.
  • Process payment transactions such as cash, credit card, and other applicable forms with a high level of compliance and accuracy.
  • Process multiple types of transactional requests (returns, exchanges, refunds, tax refunds) according to company policies and guidelines.
  • Reconcile daily transactions with cash and other forms of balances, ensuring adequate cash flow at counters and verifying beginning and ending shift totals.
  • Input transaction and client information into the system and generate accurate invoices.
  • Assist in preparing the daily cashier report.
  • Answer phones in a timely manner and exhibit friendly and appropriate customer service.
  • Support general store operations and perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
  • Promote teamwork and work closely with the store team.
About You
  • 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Knowledge of operating a cash register or point‑of‑sale terminal.
  • Good numerical sense, detail‑oriented, high integrity, and meticulous in payment handling.
  • Cash handling experience strongly preferred.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
  • Ability to lift between 0–25 lbs. without assistance.
Benefits
  • Commission and bonus incentives based on sales performance.
  • Life Insurance and Disability.
  • Paid time off: 15 days annual vacation, 11 company holidays, 3 floating holidays, 2 wellbeing days, and sick & safe time.
  • Paid parental leave and transition time.
  • 401(k) and Roth retirement plan with company matching and profit sharing.
  • Voluntary benefits such as flexible spending accounts, fitness reimbursement, voluntary life insurance.
  • Product discount and Employee Assistance Program resources.
  • Access to Calm App, Health Advocate, Family Building Support, and more.

We are looking for a candidate that has a combination of the above attributes and can perform the key functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.
