Position description:
The primary role of the Retail Supervisor is to assist the Retail Manager in achieving the store’s sales and profit targets by being physically present, demonstrating leadership, and providing exceptional customer service. This includes managing the team, implementing and modeling behavior consistent with company policies, managing wages and expenses in line with budgets and policies, and merchandising, managing, and overseeing stock.
