Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns;
Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing;
Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and participate in sales/marketing events;
Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps and hazardous materials handling;
Promote products and services to meet membership goals and communicate progress to management.
