Job Overview

We’re looking for an independent, motivated, results‑oriented Logistics Processor to deliver outstanding customer experiences every day. Availability is required from 6:30 AM both during the week and on weekends. Shifts may start as early as 3:00 AM.

• Receive, unload freight and unpack newly arrived merchandise for delivery to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner, adhering to quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customers’ orders, following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, performing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Success in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use a variety of technology and new computer applications.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
• Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling; handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items; lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

• Hourly Pay: $17.90 – $18.60.
• Commission: 3% – 14.5% on apparel, shoes and accessories; 3% on beauty and men’s fragrance sales.
• Eligibility for performance‑based incentives/bonuses.
