Operations Associate - Waikiki Gump

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring back-of-house efficiency, supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to clients, and maintaining processes in line with our brand’s standards. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in luxury retail operations, with a keen interest in operations, stock management, repairs, and after‑sales support.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a retail environment with a focus on operations. You must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive in your approach, and enjoy problem‑solving. Experience in luxury retail is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operations Assistant:

• Inventory Management

• Store Facility and Systems Management

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $24- $28 plus the opportunity for commission, various paid time off programs, two retirement plans both with employer contributions, and employee discount/perks.
