Role OverviewKey Holder – Retail Sales Associate. Responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and ensuring store operations and loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized client experience and achieve personal sales goals.
- Maintain product knowledge and communicate brand philosophy.
- Execute store opening and closing procedures: register closing, bank deposits, secure premises.
- Support visual and operational aspects of store, including merchandising and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team to achieve operational policies and procedures.
- 2–4 years of high-volume, customer-driven retail experience.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Availability for flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
- High integrity, maturity, and reliable responsibility for opening/closing duties.
Competitive salary range of $17.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience and location. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health, financial security, wellness, employee discount, and paid volunteer days.
