• Engage and build relationships with customers in a setting inspired by Hawaii’s vibrant fashion and culture.
• Achieve sales goals through styling and curating content on digital platforms, including text and social media.
• Support the department by filling orders, stocking, re‑merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow customer relationships by opening Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Assist in other departments as needed based on business requirements.

Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling. Handle bulky items and lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally, and up to 50 pounds when required.

Hourly pay ranges from $16.25. Commission ranges from 3% to 14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories, and 3% for beauty and men’s fragrance sales. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Pay is dependent on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
