PT - Support Associate

Overview

We are an American luxury lifestyle brand founded in 2004. This role is part of our retail team and focuses on customer service and store operations.

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and answer phones.
• Execute operational policies and procedures.
• Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
• Support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced environment.

• 1‑2 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Experience with stock management is a plus.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Compensation range: $16.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience and location.
