Job Overview

Support retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast‑paced environment. Build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management.

High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Hourly base pay: $20.50 plus $5.00 training pay. Within the first 90 days, eligible for hourly training pay and promotion to Mobile Expert with incentive potential up to $18,000 annually. All employees guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Eligible for annual stock grant.
