Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Associate for our Tory Burch store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales, and upholding brand standards.

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to meet personal sales goals.
• Create a memorable customer experience through strong selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Communicate and embody the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with customers and team members.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize visual presentation and loss prevention.

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Demonstrated personal selling and customer relations skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
