Responsibilities

Lead the store team to a successful day and serve as the front‑line leader delivering the best customer experience.

• Assist the store manager in ensuring the location operates at a high level.
• Take ownership of all day‑to‑day store operations.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach staff for continuous improvement.
• Guarantee every customer receives an outstanding experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and organized.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Previous retail, customer‑service, or related experience.
• Dynamic, outgoing, with strong leadership skills.
• Self‑motivated, driven, and an exceptional communicator.
• Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a growing company environment.

Pay range: $19.00 – $19.00 per hour.
