Summary
Support beauty area sales in a boutique setting by providing luxury makeup consultations, demonstrations, and appointment management on a contracted basis. Deliver inspiring client experiences, maintain visual and hygiene standards, and collaborate with store teams to drive sales and loyalty during product launches and key moments.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional one-on-one consultations and product demonstrations
- Guide clients on color selection and perform color swatching
- Manage booked appointments and client scheduling
- Support store sales associates in the beauty area
- Maintain visual merchandising standards for the beauty area
- Uphold hygiene and grooming protocols
- Participate in virtual trainings during launches
- Passion for makeup and luxury beauty
- Strong product knowledge and trend awareness
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to perform demonstrations and guide clients
- Comfort working in a boutique retail environment
- Ability to collaborate with store teams to meet sales goals
