Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics; Int'l Marketplace - Honolulu

Overview

Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our location at Int'l Marketplace in Honolulu, HI. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering top‑tier customer experiences through technology, training, and team collaboration.

• Engage customers with product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store—organizing events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook, Omnicart, Member Chat, and other performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs; maintain merchandising guidelines that enhance the shopping experience.
• Offer ongoing feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement.
• Meet store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales targets and overall sales effectiveness.
• Uphold all safety and security standards and report potential issues.
• Assist with inventory management, including unpacking boxes weighing 10–30 lbs.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; positive attitude; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the initiative to act when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, able to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders occasionally.

• Salary starting at $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
