Content Creator; Marketing + Retail Store

Coma Inducer® is the world’s most plush, oversized bedding comforter brand. Based in Nashville, TN, we have expanded from our flagship online store to additional marketplaces and now operate a flagship retail location at 216 Third Ave N., downtown Nashville. We’re looking for a retail store lead and content creator to help grow brand awareness and deliver an exceptional in‑store experience.

• Create engaging video content for Tik Tok and Instagram Reels that promotes our products and drives traffic.
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Manage daily retail operations, including customer service, product merchandising, and store presentation.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to plan and execute brand collaborations.
• Provide a welcoming and knowledgeable experience to shoppers in a fast‑moving retail environment.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in video content creation (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong creative mindset and ability to turn ideas into action.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.

• Social media content strategy and analytics.
• Video production and editing for short‑form platforms.
• Retail operations and visual merchandising.
• Influencer relationship management.

• Base salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year for full‑time; hourly rate for part‑time (rate not disclosed).
• Peak‑season bonuses, including a $2,000 trip bonus.
• Health insurance coverage up to 75% for individuals.
• 401(k) plan with 3% match after one year.
• Paid time off: 2 weeks in the first year and increasing annually.

• Full‑time:
  Friday – Saturday 10:15am – 6:45pm, Tuesday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm.
• Part‑time:
  Friday – Saturday 10:15am – 6:45pm.

• Must be located in the Nashville, TN area and willing to work on‑site.
• Must be able to commute to the store on the days of work.
• Full relocation to Nashville required before employment starts.
