Lids - 1450 Ala Moana Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present.;
Recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.;
Resolve customer feedback and escalations, ensuring issues are addressed and customers are satisfied.;
Execute and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
