Selling Supervisor, Waikiki

Summary

The Selling Supervisor - Waikiki supports the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The role is accountable for achieving individual and boutique sales objectives while maintaining operational and asset protection standards. This position partners with management on POS accuracy, inventory preparation, and ensures the selling floor meets visual and service standards.

• Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets.
• Organize and maintain the selling floor, restock merchandise and uphold visual merchandising guidelines.
• Process POS transactions accurately, maintain CRM records and support after-sales administration.
• Assist with inventory preparation, participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Enforce asset protection procedures, including tagging, key control and merchandise security.
• Provide high levels of client service, including greeting, assisting and packaging at point of sale.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively with strong organizational skills.
• Open availability to meet business needs and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
