Honeybee Cleaners LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Shopping Cart Retrieval Associate to join our team in Honolulu, HI! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and play a key role in keeping our retail partner's store running smoothly and looking its best.

• Retrieve and collect abandoned shopping carts from surrounding areas of the store nearby public spaces within a 3- to 5-mile radius (e.g., bus stops, recycling centers, housing projects)
• Sidewalks near the store
• Landscaped areas adjacent to the store
• Remove carts blocking pedestrian walkways, recycling zones, or traffic routes.
• Return carts to designated cart storage areas inside or at the entrance of the store
• Organize carts in neat rows for store associate access.
• Inspect carts for damage and report issues to store management.
• Inspect carts for damage and report or remove defective carts from circulation
• Follow all safety protocols when transporting carts or moving large cart trains across parking areas

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and drissle (passing shower)
• Physical stamina to walk, push, and maneuver heavy cart trains for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Positive attitude and basic customer service skills
• Previous retail, grounds maintenance, or outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check if required
