We are seeking an experienced and driven Retail Store Manager to lead our ZWILLING Brand Store at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, Hawaii
.

As Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance, inspiring your team, and representing a globally respected premium brand.

• Recruit, train, and develop top retail talent
• Coach and motivate team members through ongoing feedback and performance management
• Build a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

• Drive sales growth and maximize store profitability
• Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
• Execute operational excellence across all areas of the business

• Deliver exceptional, premium-level customer service
• Build local brand awareness through community outreach and partnerships
• Support the planning and execution of in-store and off-site events
• Serve as a passionate ambassador for the ZWILLING brand

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership, business analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and written communication abilities
• Passion for culinary products and premium consumer brands
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift 35+ pounds, and work from ladders as needed
• Professional, adaptable, and collaborative leadership style

• Competitive salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)
• 401(k) plan
