Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up;
Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience and sales strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service;
Maintain visual merchandising standards and professional store appearance;
Handle cash management, till opening/closing, and reduction of losses;
Support in inventory counts and stock replenishment;
Open and close the store following procedures in the Operations manual
