Summary

The Senior Client Advisor will lead and oversee the client advisor team at the boutique, contributing to store sales and key performance indicators while delivering an elevated, personalized client experience. The role supports store leadership through coaching, training, and by upholding the Maison's standards in all client interactions.

• Manage and lead the client advisor team, achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Train new client advisors and provide ongoing development for existing team members
• Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service, creating personalized, timeless looks
• Support front- and back-of-house teams and utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities

• Professional experience in fashion or accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Passion for fashion and creating personalized client looks with a business-minded approach
• Comfortable using retail tools and applications, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and the local language
