Key Lead - International Market Place, Hollister

Job Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to run store operations effectively and driving performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point of sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Schedule will vary weekly; expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support business needs.

• High school diploma, G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, initiative, confidence, adaptability, flexibility, detail‑oriented, proactive thinking, and strong work ethic.

Starting rate: $18.70 per hour (recruiting pay range $18.70 – $18.70 per hour; may be modified in the future).
