Outdoor Recreation Sales Associate
Pay: $16-$18 per hour
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Schedule: Full-Time
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an enthusiastic Outdoor Recreation Sales Associate for a full-time opportunity with a specialty outdoor retailer. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for fishing, hunting, diving, camping, archery, or outdoor recreation and enjoy sharing their knowledge with customers.

The Outdoor Recreation Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting products, provide recommendations based on personal experience and product knowledge, and support the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
- Share knowledge of fishing, hunting, diving, camping, archery, and outdoor equipment
- Maintain merchandise displays and stock levels
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions
- Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service
- Help keep the store organized, clean, and well‑stocked
- Support store operations and special projects as needed
- Strong knowledge of fishing preferred
- Knowledge of hunting, firearms, diving, camping, or archery is a plus
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Willingness to learn and develop product expertise
- Ability to work in a retail environment and assist customers throughout the day
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
