An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated full time Retail Store Manager - In Training to manage our Waikiki store!

• Ensuring the overall profitable operation and management of the store
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Reporting results as required
• Managing rosters, recruitment and development
• Leading from example providing customer's with the ultimate Rip Curl customer experience

• Having the availability to work a roster expected within a retail environment
• A crew member that has demonstrated experience in retail management
• Someone who prides themselves on delivering great customer service, not just An affinity with surfing and the board riding lifestyle and to be able to provide this lifestyle to our traveling customers
