About the Role

In-Home Sales & Tech Support. This is a local, in‑home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not Remote. Pay Rate: $22.90 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission. Full‑time schedule: 5 days/week –

Hours:

12:05pm to 9:00pm.

• Serve:
  Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or wherever they are, providing exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
• Solve:
  Identify and resolve customers’ tech issues, offering clear, understandable solutions regardless of their technical knowledge.
• Sell:
  Leverage Asurion’s range of products to offer tailored solutions, actively listening to customer needs and positioning products uniquely.
• Attend paid training and ongoing coaching to become fully independent in the field.
• Apply the Serve, Solve, Sell model consistently during every customer interaction.

Note:

Work hours may vary based on business needs and market demand. While a standard schedule is provided, flexibility may be required.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) and personal cellphone.
• Maximum expected travel distance: 120 miles, one‑way.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills.
• Naturally outgoing and thriving in human interaction.
• Willingness to work a varied 5‑day schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked, paid bi‑weekly.
• Earned pay, commissions, and mileage reimbursement available for early access.
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines, paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend paid monthly.
• 3–4 weeks paid training.
• Supportive training and coaching environment to ensure success.
