Community Marketing Agent

Position:
Travel + Leisure Waikiki Team, in‑person role.

Job Summary

Community Marketing Agent is an island and activity expert who engages in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers, creates curiosity around Wyndham Resorts, and invites and incentivizes guests to attend a vacation ownership presentation.

Essential

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales preview tour.
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
  • Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
  • Maintain minimum performance goals (80% time).
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, stay current on marketing information and materials, stay current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
Travel Requirements

No travel required outside of the home site’s area.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
  • Must maintain production standards.
Compensation

The hourly rate is $16.00 per hour plus commissions and bonuses. Top producers consistently earn $200K+ in total compensation.
