- Manage and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and generating leads
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in company system and software
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance
- Set sales targets and achieve them effectively
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience with in transportation, logistics, food distribution, hospitality, or related industries
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of phone, email, and other communication tools.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings, presentations, and events as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move between meeting locations during client visits or trade shows.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 15–25 pounds (such as product samples, marketing materials, or trade show equipment).
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Visual ability to read reports, analyze data, and prepare presentations.
