Job Location: Honolulu
Compensation: $40,000-$60,000/year
Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full Time
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual professional to join the team as a Travel Industry Sales Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with hotels and travel-related partners to support online sales strategies, promotional planning, and business growth between Japan and Hawaii.

Job Responsibilities / 業務内容
- Analyze current performance and identify challenges for assigned hotels, providing consulting support and negotiating rates & inventory
- Support the creation and management of customized hotel pages, package plans, information updates, and rate/inventory registration
- Propose marketing strategies through online advertising and manage advertising sales
- Collaborate with the Tokyo headquarters' planning and marketing teams to create special campaigns and encourage hotel participation
- Execute contracts with newly participating hotels
- Plan and promote outbound travel campaigns from Japan to Hawaii

- 担当ホテルのカスタマイズページ制作支援,宿泊プラン設定,情報更新,料金・在庫登録
- 広告出稿による集客施策提案および広告販売
- 東京本社の編成部門・マーケティング部門と連携した企画(特集)の作成,および企画参画促進
- 新規参画ホテルとの契約締結
- 日本からハワイへのアウトバウンド旅行促進企画
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- Business-level to native-level Japanese
- Advanced English proficiency
- アメリカで合法的に就労可能なステータスをお持ちの方
- 日本語:ビジネスレベル
- 英語:ビジネスレベル
- Experience in the travel industry (travel agencies, hotels, ryokan, etc.)
- Sales experience with online booking/travel platform companies
- At least 3 years of B2B solution sales experience
- 旅行業界経験者(旅行会社,ホテル・旅館など)
- オンライン予約サイト運営会社での営業経験
- 法人向けソリューション営業経験(3年以上)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Interested in tourism, hospitality, and international business
- Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- コミュニケーション力が高く,関係構築が得意な方
- 主体的に行動できる方
- 観光・旅行・ホスピタリティ業界に興味がある方
