Split AC Sales Representative

Starting Pay: $85,000/year OTE (on-target earnings, commission-based) — top performers may earn more based on results.

Revolu Sun is one of Hawaiʻi’s most trusted, locally owned clean-energy and smart-home companies. We help island families stay comfortable and resilient with solar, battery storage, and high-efficiency air conditioning. We’re growing our ductless split AC division and looking for driven salespeople who want uncapped earning potential.

As a Split AC Sales Representative, you’ll guide homeowners through choosing and purchasing ductless mini-split air conditioning systems, from first consultation to signed agreement. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role with company-provided leads and uncapped commission.

• Run in-home consultations with homeowners interested in ductless split AC
• Assess cooling needs and recommend the right system size and configuration
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and financing options
• Follow up on company leads and generate referrals
• Close sales and complete contracts accurately
• Coordinate hand-off with the install team for a smooth customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and keep your pipeline current in the CRM

• Sales experience, ideally in HVAC, solar, home improvement, or in-home/direct sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-based role
• Valid Hawaiʻi driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
• Ability to learn technical products and explain them simply
• HVAC/split AC knowledge and bilingual ability are pluses (training provided)

We offer two structures and will help you choose the one that fits your experience and goals:

• Commission-Only — our highest commission rate and fully uncapped earnings, best for confident closers.
• Base + Commission — a guaranteed base with a lower commission rate, for those who prefer steady income while building a pipeline.

Both include company-provided leads and uncapped commission. Specific rates are discussed during the interview.
