Senior Account Executive

Honolulu, HI – Starting at $80k plus commission

The Senior Account Executive will focus on achieving sales targets and market goals within the Hawaii and Guam market segments.

• New business development & sales growth:
  Focuses on generating new accounts and expanding business in key regions (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam) through proactive sales efforts.
• Customer engagement (face-to-face priority):
  Spends majority of time meeting clients in person to build relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Account management & relationship building:
  Maintains, grows, and strengthens customer relationships while ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Sales planning & performance:
  Collaborates with leadership to set goals, implements accounts, and works to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Market research & follow-through:
  Identifies opportunities through research, schedules appointments, follows up on leads, and supports ongoing sales activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Must have at least 1 to 3 years of LTL/LCL sales experience to be considered.
• Candidates should also have 3 to 5 years of transportation, logistics services, and business-to-business sales experience.
