• Active Hawai‘i Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (or willing to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of local housing markets and trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Tech‑friendly and comfortable using CRM, MLS, and digital marketing tools
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
