We’re looking for a driven, competitive sales professional who wants to take control of their income and build a strong pipeline in Hawaii’s growing roofing market.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-leads role. This is for someone who hunts, creates opportunity, and closes.

• Generate your own opportunities through canvassing, referrals, networking, and community presence
• Take full ownership of your territory and turn it into a consistent revenue stream
• Keep your pipeline full through disciplined daily prospecting
• Leverage company leads as a supplement — not a crutch

• Run in-home consultations and rooftop evaluations
• Lead confident, high-impact sales conversations
• Present solutions, pricing, and contracts with clarity and authority
• Overcome objections and close deals face-to-face

• Control your activity, pipeline, and outcomes
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Track performance and continuously improve your close rate

• Proven ability (or strong confidence) in self-generating business
• Competitive mindset — you like to win and be rewarded for it
• Strong presence in face-to-face conversations
• Ability to think on your feet and handle objections directly
• High level of personal accountability and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

• Valid Hawaii driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing rooftops (training provided)

• Outside sales or door-to-door experience
• Home improvement / roofing / construction background
• CRM or sales tracking experience
• Familiarity with local market or building environment
