The Rebirth of Cigars. We have a passion for people and helping them. This role is a Territory Sales Manager supporting Honolulu, HI and surrounding markets.
- Grow sales through data, insights, and structured selling.
- Use market intelligence to influence customer decisions and drive distribution.
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Deliver fact-based recommendations that improve category performance.
- Lead customer conversations via storytelling as a category advisor, ensuring presence across retail and wholesale accounts.
- Prioritize high-impact opportunities using data and territory insights.
- Leverage market and consumer intelligence.
- Translate insights into strategies that help customers win locally.
- Build strong customer partnerships: develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
- Influence outcomes using data storytelling and value‑based selling.
- Ensure best‑in‑class in‑store execution of merchandising, promotions, and visual displays.
- Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance, measure impact, and refine strategies.
- 2+ years of customer‑facing sales experience.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally.
- Base salary and bonus program.

The base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000, DOE, plus bonus.
