Position SummaryThe Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales‑focused role crucial to our team's success. You will provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, sell automotive services, build strong relationships, promote products and services, and establish clear time commitments for service appointments. You will also conduct transaction procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for customers throughout their visit.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to thrive in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment while contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Pay Range: $16.80 – $25.10. Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements.
Responsibilities- Operating as a motivated sales individual.
- Building customer satisfaction & loyalty.
- Merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
- Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
