Job Description

The Honolulu branch of The Ellgren Agency is looking for a driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll build meaningful client relationships while providing personalized property and casualty insurance solutions and identify opportunities to enhance coverage for existing clients. No experience is required – our full training program, proven systems, and supportive leadership help you succeed quickly.

Base salary starting at $40,000 with first-year earnings typically between $60,000 and $80,000. Top performers earn up to $120,000.

Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 5:30pm), Friday (8:30am - 5pm), Mon-Fri Schedule

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
Conduct timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
Set and achieve sales targets within specified time frames.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
Goal-oriented and driven by measurable success (sales targets, client satisfaction, etc.).
Comfortable with outbound calling and digital client outreach.
Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence - thrives in a competitive environment.
