Job Description

The Honolulu branch of The Ellgren Agency is looking for a professional Inbound Sales Representative to join our high‑performing team. You’ll help grow our business by identifying opportunities to enhance coverage for existing clients while delivering excellent customer service. At The Ellgren Agency, we believe exceptional service starts with caring for people, both our customers and our team.

This role is based in our modern downtown Honolulu office with ocean views, where you’ll work alongside a supportive and collaborative team. We’re continuing to grow and offer a professional environment focused on development, teamwork, and long‑term career growth.

We’re seeking goal‑oriented individuals who enjoy working in a positive, fast‑paced environment. Insurance experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in the role.

  • Base salary starting at $40,000
  • First-year total earnings typically range from $60,000–$80,000
  • Top performers may earn up to $120,000, depending on production and results

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct timely follow‑up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients through inbound calls.
  • Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
