PositionCommunity Marketing Agent – in-person role with the Travel + Leisure Waikiki Team. The agent should demonstrate persistence and resilience, overcome objections, and inspire guests to explore vacation ownership opportunities. This is a six-figure opportunity in a guest-facing sales environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
- Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings; stay current on marketing information, industry trends, and performance goals
- Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals
- Attend training, meetings, and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually
No travel required outside of the home site’s area.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications- Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards.
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Knowledge and
Skills:
Clear and concise written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team environment. - Experience:
1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Compensation and Benefits- Hourly rate: $16.00 per hour plus commissions and bonuses; top producers can earn $200K+
